• “Occupancy rate” indicates total leased area as a percentage of total leasable area of acquired assets, rounded to the first decimal place. Total leasable area and total leased area are calculated based on the areas equivalent to the equity interests of SANKEI REAL ESTATE in each acquired asset.
• From October 2025, total leasable area of “Fukuoka Green Building” is calculated based on multi-tenant use. The area may change in the future due to restoration work or other factors.
